Shriodhara is a well established Ayurvedic treatment and it has been practiced for thousands of years.

Looking for an experience that will submerge you into a relaxed state of awareness, resulting in a dynamic psychosomatic balance?

Shirodhara in the treatment for you!

Shirodhara is a well-established Ayurvedic procedure of slowly and steadily pouring medicated oil on the center of the forehead. The session starts with a gentle scalp massage to activate the marma points on the head and prepare you for the treatment, then a stream of warm oil is poured on the forehead for 30 to 40 minutes. At the end of the session, you simply rest for a few minutes.

Some of the benefits of Shirodhara: Reduces fatigue, supports sleep related concerns, boosts blood circulation, reduces high blood pressure, helps improve headaches and migraines, lowers stress, anxiety and depression, improves concentration and is beneficial for jet leg.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Massage is one of the earliest remedial practices of humankind and is the most natural and instinctive means of relieving pain and discomfort. Massage has been a major part of medicine for at least 5,000 years and an important part of the Western medical tradition for at least 3,000 years.

Massage has been scientifically proven to have direct psychological and physiological benefits like increasing metabolism, supporting healing, relaxing and refreshing muscles, and improving the function of the lymphatic system thereby improving the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the cells and enhancing the removal of metabolic waste.

Massage therapy is effective in pain management and may help with arthritis, neuritis, neuralgia, whiplash, muscular spasm/tension, sciatica, headache, and many other conditions.

Massage also reduces tension and anxiety, calms the nervous system and promotes a sense of relaxation and renewed energy.

Cupping

CUPPING AND INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY

Cupping is the oldest and most globally practiced medical treatment in human history. This remarkable therapy employs negative pressure instead of tissue compression. Cupping is very beneficial for many conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, sciatica, insomnia, digestive disorders, anxiety, fatigue, poor circulation, edema, sports injuries, cellulite, nervous tension, chronic headaches, fibromyalgia, rheumatism, neuralgia, and menstrual concerns. It is suitable for the treatment of pain disease in digestion, circulation, some skin conditions, facial paralysis, weak muscles, and common colds. Cupping has been part of sports therapy for the Olympics for much of its history. Athletes and their support team of coaches, trainers, healthcare professionals, and family use cupping to maintain, detoxify, recover, and strengthen the physical needs of an athlete.

Infrared light therapy helps to power your mitochondria! This can aid in tissue repair, wrinkles, joint pain (arthritis), tendonitis, hair loss, and muscle pain.
